Texas Christian University is a private Protestant Christian university in Fort Worth, Texas. It was established in 1873 by brothers Addison and Randolph Clark as the Add-Ran Male & Female College. The campus is located on 272 acres about 3 miles from downtown Fort Worth.

Texas Christian University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award baccalaureate, masters, and doctoral degrees.
